The Olympic symbol consists of five interlocking rings of equal dimensions, colored blue, yellow, black, green, and red on a white field.
The symbol was originally created in 1913 by Pierre de Coubertin.
The Olympic rings express the activity of the Olympic Movement and represent the union of the five continents and the meeting of athletes from throughout the world at the Olympic Games

When failing to comply with the rule, the violators must remove the picture immediately, as well as pay a minimum fine of €2000 (two-thousand euros) per photo.
