Failure to comply with this rule, means you agree that you must pay €1000 (one-thousand euro) per picture to the owner of the wagrati website. This rule does not apply to social media that is used for photo sharing (e.g. Pinterest).
       
    • The use of the photos is strictly forbidden in the following and similar contexts:
      • inciting or provocative contexts,
      • racist contexts,
      • discriminative contexts,
      • contexts related to drug use and abuse,
      • contexts related to any illegal activity,
      • miss-leading contexts,
      • aggressive contexts,
      • contexts related to guns and firearms.
      • When failing to comply with the rule, the violators must remove the picture immediately, as well as pay a minimum fine of €2000 (two-thousand euros) per photo.
