    • You must not upload the photo to other websites, where free or paid photos can be downloaded. (e.g. stock photo). You must not upload them even if the source is mentioned. Failure to comply with this rule, means you agree that you must pay €1000 (one-thousand euro) per picture to the owner of the wagrati website. This rule does not apply to social media that is used for photo sharing (e.g. Pinterest).
       
    • The use of the photos is strictly forbidden in the following and similar contexts:
      • inciting or provocative contexts,
      • racist contexts,
      • discriminative contexts,
      • contexts related to drug use and abuse,
      • contexts related to any illegal activity,
      • miss-leading contexts,
      • aggressive contexts,
      • contexts related to guns and firearms.
      • When failing to comply with the rule, the violators must remove the picture immediately, as well as pay a minimum fine of €2000 (two-thousand euros) per photo.
